Role Overview:

The Manager of Process Engineering & PSM plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes while ensuring world-class safety standards. This position drives strategic capital projects, champions compliance with PSM and OSHA regulations, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reliability. It's a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership-mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering strategy and execution across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with PSM, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including SOPs, process flow diagrams, and technical reports.
  • Manage capital projects from concept through implementation.
  • Mentor and develop engineering team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of process engineering experience in chemical, food, or CPG industries (Chemical preferred)
  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of PSM and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
  • PE and Lean certifications preferred.
