Reliability Engineer (M/W/D)
Our client is a global leader in the food and beverage industry. They are looking for a skilled Reliability Engineer to optimise the performance of our production installations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse maintenance data and downtime to identify areas for improvement and reduce costs.
Implement reliability improvements and maintenance strategies using tools like FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
Coordinate projects and best practices related to maintenance and production processes.
Manage and optimise maintenance plans in SAP and draft reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTF, MTTR, etc.).
Oversee technical documentation and manage annual maintenance evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience with mechanical/electrical installations and process automation.
Knowledge of production processes (preferably in Food/Pharma) and HACCP, ISO standards.
Proficiency in SAP, Meridian, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
