Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth across the Benelux region, with a strong focus on the Netherlands. You will be part of an established European logistics provider known for its innovative multimodal transport solutions across ocean, short sea, and road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a mixed portfolio of existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Identify, target, and win new accounts, with a strong emphasis on hunting.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver consultative, solution-based sales.
  • Promote multimodal transport solutions including ocean, short sea, and trucking services.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance against commercial targets and contribute to overall regional growth.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential, both spoken and written; you will work mainly with Dutch-based customers and SMEs.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to combine farming and hunting.
  • Previous experience in logistics or transport is a plus, but not required-motivation and commercial drive are key.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the region.
