I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international container logistics company that is expanding its footprint in Germany. This is a newly created role offering the chance to take ownership of the German market, with a particular focus on the Hamburg region.

🔹 What You'll Do:

  • Develop and grow the company's presence in Germany, focusing on container sales and leasing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in and around Hamburg
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the shipping line industry
  • A strong network within the German maritime and logistics sector
  • Fluent German and professional English communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel to Hamburg a couple of times per month
