The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness within the semiconductor sector. This position is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, analyzing sales performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and pipeline management tools.
