About the Role
We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for electronics components and PCBA (printed circuit board assemblies) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and operations, owning supplier relationships and driving performance across cost, quality, and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Own sourcing strategy for PCBA, circuit boards, and electronic components
- Manage and develop global supplier relationships
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and cost reduction initiatives
- Drive supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)
- Support new product introductions (NPI) with reliable sourcing
- Handle supplier escalations and ensure continuity of supply
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning teams
- Monitor market trends across the electronics and semiconductor space
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in sourcing or supplier management in manufacturing
Strong experience with:
- PCBA / circuit boards
- Electronic components (active & passive)
- Contract Manufacturing
- Proven success in negotiation, cost savings, and supplier performance
- Solid understanding of the electronics supply chain and component lifecycle
- Ability to influence across teams and drive results
Nice to Have
- Experience with EMS providers, OEMs, or component distributors
- ERP/sourcing tools experience
- CPSM, CSCP, or similar certifications
