Ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). In dieser zentralen Rolle verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Standort und führen ein internationales Team.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Health-&-Safety-Teams
- Implementierung und Überwachung von Standards nach ASiG, DGUV und ISO 45001
- Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit
- Erstellung und Pflege von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen, Audits und Risikobewertungen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Aufbau und Optimierung des Arbeitssicherheits-Managementsystems
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Behörden und Berufsgenossenschaften
Ihr Profil
- Führungserfahrung im Bereich Health & Safety
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa)
- Expertise in Arbeitsschutzvorschriften, ISO 45001 sowie Brandschutz/Gefahrstoffe
- Erfahrung in der Auditdurchführung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mind. B2
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen und internationale Teamkompetenz
