Salary: $108,000 - $150,000 + overtime

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and material handling systems
- Complete welding, fabrication, and equipment rebuild projects
- Utilize SAP/CMMS systems to document maintenance activities
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow Lockout/Tagout and all plant safety procedures
What They're Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of a maintenance apprenticeship program
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Welding, fabrication, and machine shop experience preferred
- SAP or CMMS experience is a plus
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
