This is a dynamic role combining technical expertise, business development, and industry networking. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement gas-based solutions that enhance manufacturing processes in the electronics industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support technical projects involving gas applications in electronics manufacturing (e.g., PCB assembly, SMT processes).
- Maintain and grow technical partnerships-support existing collaborations and identify new strategic partners.
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries to explore and develop new application areas.
- Monitor market trends and technological developments; represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and symposia.
What You Bring
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial gas applications or technical sales within electronics manufacturing (e.g., PCB, SMT, semiconductors).
- Hands-on skills with machinery and technical equipment.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel across Germany and Europe (approx. 30-40%).
