Area Sales Manager

We are working with a leading European manufacturer and distributor of high-quality apparel and PPE solutions, serving clients across industrial, retail, and commercial sectors. With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and safety, they are expanding their footprint in Northern Austria and seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth in this key region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow PPE product sales in Northern Austria.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key clients in industrial, retail, and distribution sectors.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor offerings to local market demands.
  • Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing customers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and PPE standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PPE, apparel, or industrial products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the PPE market and safety regulations in Austria and the EU.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
