Title: Corporate Recruiter
Salary: $75k - 80k/yr + bonus potential
Company Summary: A large private-equity backed holding company with multi-site operations across North America.
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Manage a large, fast‑moving portfolio of requisitions across multiple operating companies, ensuring consistent progress and tight control over timelines.
- Serve as the primary driver of time‑to‑fill metrics by actively monitoring pipeline velocity, identifying bottlenecks early, and taking swift action to accelerate movement.
- Partner with approved third‑party recruiting firms, setting expectations, prioritizing roles, reviewing submitted talent, and holding external partners accountable for performance and speed.
- Build and maintain structured workflows that balance internal sourcing efforts with agency support based on urgency, complexity, and business priorities.
- Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and timeline expectations.
- Deliver frequent updates to stakeholders, including pipeline health, candidate flow, agency performance, and potential timeline risks.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high‑volume roles while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external recruiting partners.
- Lead efficient interview processes by coordinating schedules, preparing stakeholders, and reducing unnecessary delays.
The Corporate Recruiter should have the following qualifications:
- 4 - 8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Experience with Dayforce preferred
- Strong track record supporting senior leadership and influencing talent decisions.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering timely, high‑quality hiring results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across dispersed teams.
