Our client is seeking a skilled, dynamic, and motivated Country Operations Manager to take charge of operations across three branches located in Switzerland. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role in overseeing and managing operations across multiple branches, ensuring seamless coordination, consistency, and operational excellence at all levels. This involves fostering a unified approach to operational standards across varied locations.
  • Maintain, optimise, and innovate cold chain logistics processes to meet and exceed our client's high standards and customer expectations. This includes ensuring temperature-sensitive goods are handled with precision and care, while continuously seeking improvements to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain.
  • Drive profitability and sustainable growth by managing P&L effectively. You will be responsible for analysing financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimise revenue streams, and implementing cost-control measures to achieve and maintain financial health across the organisation.
  • Develop, refine, and implement forward-thinking commercial logistics strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives. This involves close collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of operational activities with the company's broader vision and mission.
