About the Role

We are seeking a senior‑level procurement leader to own global software, SaaS, and cloud sourcing strategy for a complex, regulated enterprise. This role partners closely with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance leaders and drives high‑impact, enterprise‑wide sourcing and negotiation initiatives.

This is a strategic, highly visible role focused on value creation, not transactional buying.


What You'll Do

  • Lead global sourcing and negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud services
  • Drive measurable cost savings through long‑term agreements, enterprise programs, and usage‑based models
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
  • Own key vendor relationships and oversee performance, governance, and commercial outcomes
  • Lead supplier business reviews, benchmarking, and market analysis
  • Present sourcing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Mentor and develop team members while improving procurement processes and systems

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in IT software procurement and vendor management
  • Proven success leading large, complex, multi‑million‑dollar sourcing initiatives
  • Strong enterprise‑level negotiation and financial analysis skills
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in regulated environments
  • Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred)
