Head of Production & Supply Chain Operations (Hybrid)
We're hiring an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Expert to lead production and Supply Chain Operations across HK China and SEA Markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves solving problems, and works seamlessly with suppliers and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with suppliers to ensure on‑time production and liaise with technical teams from suppliers.
- Partner with Product Development and Quality teams on all development and production milestones internally and externally.
- Maintain the master production schedule and ensure suppliers follow protocols.
- Oversee SO & PO invoices and vendor management.
- Serve as the primary contact and manage 3PL and freight forwarders on imp & exp, shipments and invoicing.
- Manage supplier database, KPI reports, and monthly vendor reconciliations.
- Support inventory forecasting, vendor on-boarding, events and trade compliance.
Job Requirements
- At least 8-10 years in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics & warehousing operations, famiar with production industry.
- Strong communicator with experience coordinating with global teams in US and EU.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and great at managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working with global retail groups and hypermarkets in US and EU.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mainland Chinese.
