A leading international manufacturer of high quality of plastic consumer goods, renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. With a global footprint and a strong presence across Asia including China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia with HQ of office and own manufacturing site based in Dongguan, China.
Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR and Administrative functions in Dongguan. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all-rounded HR operations and driving strategic initiatives that support their business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sizeable HR team across multiple functions including:
- HR Operations
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Employee Engagement
- Office Administration
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and local labour regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global HR counterparts to support organisational development.
- Manage office and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of China labour laws and HR best practices.
