Indirect Procurement Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across key spend categories including Information Technology, Professional Services, Facilities Management, Human Resources Services, and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization while ensuring compliance and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.Strategic Sourcing & Contracting:
Lead RFPs, RFIs, and negotiations; manage contract lifecycle including drafting, execution, and renewals.Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.CAPEX Procurement:
Support capital project procurement including equipment, infrastructure, and construction-related services.Risk & Compliance:
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and ESG standards.Data & Analytics:
Monitor category spend, savings, and supplier performance using procurement tools and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CPSM preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of CAPEX procurement and contract law is a plus
