Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key indirect categories including IT, professional services, contingent labor, and corporate functions
- Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, scalability, and speed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including RFPs, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract execution
- Partner closely with IT, Product, Finance, and Legal to support technology roadmaps and business priorities
- Negotiate complex SaaS, cloud, and services agreements, focusing on commercial flexibility, pricing leverage, and risk mitigation
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and value creation
- Implement and track KPIs, SLAs, and supplier scorecards to ensure best-in-class vendor performance
- Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, demand management, and process efficiency improvements
- Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
- Support procurement transformation initiatives, including tooling, automation, and scalable sourcing processes
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement, with strong focus on technology and indirect categories
- Proven track record leading RFx processes and high-value negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management experience partnering with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in high-growth tech or fast-paced environments preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, build-and-scale environment
