Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and global logistics operations.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, and quality assurance to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and international trade regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
