Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift
We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment reliability, supports production goals, and drives safety and compliance across all shifts.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities and capital projects to support production and facility operations.
- Partner with engineering and site leadership to improve equipment safety, reliability, and performance.
- Manage preventive maintenance using a CMMS to maximize uptime and asset life.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, instrumentation, and packaging equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation: maintenance logs, SOPs, equipment manuals, and incident reports.
- Monitor and enforce safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance across teams and contractors.
- Evaluate team performance and support training and development initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the department.
- Support staffing plans, vacation scheduling, and labor forecasting.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Skilled in electrical schematics, ladder logic, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with GMP, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
