About the Job
A growing OEM manufacturer serving industries such as plumbing, energy and natural gas, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, HVAC, and transportation is seeking a Sales Account Specialist to support strategic growth and customer engagement at its Burlington, WI facility. This role will focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, collaborating with engineering to deliver tailored solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or account management, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in virtual and in-person customer meetings, ensuring professionalism and strong relationship management.
- Build and maintain client relationships through strategic outreach and personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop customer-focused solutions aligned with market needs.
- Research and manage a pipeline of potential OEM customers and product opportunities.
- Support the OEM sales team by developing presentations and sales materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve sales processes and business outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
- Must be within commuting distance of Burlington, WI (on-site role).
