Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver on cost and performance targets.

Qualifications:
