The Regional Safety Manager will be responsible for…
- Acting as the link between headquarters and branch locations by conducting different site visits for coaching, training, and audits at all levels.
- Identifying areas for EHS program improvements and supporting the rollout of new and improved policies.
- Meeting with regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA) to maintain proper EHS systems and platforms.
- Sharing best safety practices and corrective actions across all branches.
The Regional Safety Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety, health, or environmental management
- 2+ years relevant professional experience
- Willing to travel regionally 70% of the time
- Expert knowledge of EHS systems, programs, policies, and regulations
- CSP certification not required, but preferred
