Overview:

A leading discrete semiconductor company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep experience in selling discrete semiconductor products to large customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large customers and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the discrete semiconductor segment.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Product Portfolio Includes:

  • Diodes: Rectifier, Schottky, Zener, Fast Recovery
  • Transistors: BJTs, MOSFETs, IGBTs
  • Thyristors & Triacs: SCRs, Triacs
  • Power Modules: MOSFET and IGBT modules
  • Rectifiers: Single-phase and three-phase bridge rectifiers
  • Protection Devices: TVS diodes, ESD protection components

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling discrete semiconductor products to large customers.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage frequent travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred.
