A global specialty chemicals and performance materials company is looking for a Senior Procurement and Supply Manager to lead the Americas region, overseeing strategic sourcing of energy and feedstock commodities across a complex, multi-country supply network, with the opportunity to drive high-impact decisions and shape procurement strategy at scale. The Senior Procurement and Supply Manager - Americas Region will be responsible for:
- Leading strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations for energy and feedstock commodities across the Americas
- Ensuring cost-effective and reliable supply
- Managing market risk exposure
- Developing procurement strategies and forecasts
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to optimize supply chain performance and support business growth
- Bachelor's Degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of procurement or commercial experience with a strong track record managing large-scale commodity sourcing and negotiating contracts exceeding $50M
- At least 5 years of experience within petroleum, petrochemical, or energy markets
- Deep knowledge of fuel oil, feedstocks, natural gas, and oil pricing structures
- Strong analytical and market forecasting capabilities
- Proven experience in supplier strategy, cost optimization, and risk management
- Ability to operate across global or multi-country supply chains
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
