Service Center General Manager
Position Overview:
The Service Center General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in logistics, fleet management, and customer service within the waste management or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of service center operations including routing, dispatch, maintenance, and customer service.
- Supervise and develop a team of drivers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Monitor KPIs and drive operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
