  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability and resolve supply‑demand imbalances.

Analytics & Decision Support

  • Use advanced data tools (Excel, Power BI) to analyze KPIs, generate reports, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor trends at the plant and regional level to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Operational Execution

  • Expedite production schedules when needed and adjust plans to manage unforeseen issues.
  • Support procurement activities for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory performance.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with MRP systems (advanced level) and production scheduling.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Preferred

  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
