Supply Chain Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end logistics operations and administrative support across Asia markets. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily logistics activities including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate documentation for import/export processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support audits as required.
- Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align operational priorities.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in Asia markets.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
