About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end logistics operations and administrative support across Asia markets. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily logistics activities including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate documentation for import/export processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
    • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support audits as required.
  • Cross-Functional Support:
    • Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align operational priorities.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in Asia markets.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
