Job Title: Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: Mid $200,000s base salary + strong performance-based bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Global Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This executive will oversee a complex global distribution network, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global supply chain strategy, including distribution, logistics, and inventory management.
- Oversee the design and optimization of the global distribution network to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
- Implement best-in-class systems and processes to improve visibility, agility, and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party logistics providers.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain team.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, including distribution network oversight.
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Experience in a multi-national, matrixed organization preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
