As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for…
- Overseeing engineering operations across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

The VP of Engineering should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including multi-site management.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and advanced production systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
