About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business growth in the Belgian parcel logistics market. You will focus on identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing new customer deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across Belgium.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Present our parcel logistics solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track sales activity and update CRM regularly.
Profile
Must-Have
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Developer, or similar sales role-preferably in parcel logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Strong hunter mindset: resilient, persistent, and motivated by winning new business.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and manage a large pipeline.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French; good English proficiency is a plus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Belgium.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling B2B logistics or e-commerce delivery solutions.
- Existing network in retail, e‑commerce, wholesale, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Understanding of parcel operations, pricing structures, and service models.
