Director Supply Chain
Job Summary: The Director of Supply Chain will oversee and manage the company's supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution processes. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with various departments to optimize supply chain performance and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- 5 years of experience with Aanaplan software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
- Experience in the packaging industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
