Facilities Engineer
As Facilities Engineer you will handle plant equipment and building maintenance, project planning and implementation, equipment layouts, and troubleshooting across assigned facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates engineering proposals and process requirements to determine feasibility, costs, and design needs for new or modified plant equipment.
- Provides technical guidance on manufacturing processes, materials, and long‑range plant planning while leading capital project design and implementation.
- Oversees facility operations-including equipment installation, maintenance, safety compliance, and management of contractors or maintenance staff.
- Troubleshoots equipment and resolves technical or operational issues, ensuring machinery meets specifications and supporting production teams as needed.
- Manages project planning, supervision, cost estimating, purchasing of equipment/supplies, and reporting on maintenance and engineering activities to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant maintenance/facilities or engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
