In this role, you will serve as a key member of the HR Operations function, ensuring the accurate execution of core HR processes and the integrity of employee data. You will work closely with HR colleagues, Payroll, and other corporate partners to support a positive employee experience while maintaining efficient and compliant HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee data changes, onboarding and offboarding processes, and job or status updates
- Maintain accurate and current employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data consistency and adherence to company standards
- Process routine HR transactions with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness
- Assist with internal audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes and data governance
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other corporate teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational alignment
- Respond to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries related to HR systems, data, and standard HR processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline HR workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Skills and Expertise Sought
HRIS Platforms Experience
Demonstrated experience working with HRIS platforms is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable entering, updating, validating, and auditing employee data while supporting system‑driven HR processes in a corporate environment.
Strong Attention to Detail
Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across HR systems and documentation. The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion is critical.
HR Operations Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related corporate HR support role is required. Previous experience supporting HR processes in a professional office or shared‑services setting is strongly preferred.
