Für einen international tätigen Produktionsbetrieb suchen wir aufgrund einer Nachfolgeregelung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umwelt (HSE) ganzheitlich verantwortet und weiterentwickelt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz am Standort
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Schulungen & Unterweisungen
- Organisation und Verantwortung für Brandschutz und Abfallmanagement
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Rechts‑ und Gefahrstoffkatastern
- Koordination von Audits, Prüfungen und internen Begehungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management sowie relevanten Fachabteilungen
Dein Profil (kompakt)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HSE / Arbeitssicherheit
- Technischer Hintergrund von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
