The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing industrial products
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to technical and procurement audiences
  • Translate engineering and product innovation into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer research
  • Build and deliver sales enablement tools, technical collateral, and training programs
  • Own KPIs related to product adoption, lead generation, and revenue contribution

The Product Marketing Lead should have the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy within B2B manufacturing or industrial technology
  • Proven success launching and scaling technical products in complex buying environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4)
