The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day business activities and long‑range operational planning to ensure efficient, high‑quality execution across production, supply chain, and organizational workflows. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to support strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop operations teams across production, logistics, and support functions.
- Manage daily operational performance to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and workflow optimization.
- Implement and refine processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, finance, and leadership to support organizational priorities.
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare operational reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing operations in manufacturing, technical services, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, supply chain management, and process improvement.
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
- Demonstrated success managing teams and delivering results in fast‑paced settings.
