Senior Site Operations Leader

The Senior Site Operations Leader is responsible for directing all aspects of a high‑complexity production or distribution facility. The role focuses on operational strategy, safety, quality, productivity, workforce development, and cross‑functional collaboration. This leader drives continuous improvement, builds leadership capability, and ensures the site meets business, regulatory, and customer expectations while upholding organizational values of integrity, respect, inclusion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall plant or site operations to achieve safety, quality, reliability, and performance targets.
  • Align operational strategy with organizational goals and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Use data analytics and performance measurement tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Stay current on industry technologies, regulations, and supplier dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare, manage, and oversee the site's annual operating budget.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • HACCP certification.
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • 7+ years of senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing both union and non‑union workforces.
  • 4+ years as a general manager or equivalent within a high‑volume food industry supply chain or similar environment.
