About the Role
We are recruiting for a fast-growing brand within a major automotive group that is shaping the future of urban mobility. As Procurement Manager, you will join a small, agile team and take ownership of strategic procurement activities across IT and technical categories, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. This role involves managing contracts in the €20-30 million range, negotiating with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth procurement processes in a dynamic environment. You will be based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our growth and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for IT and automotive-related categories.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and systems.
What We're Looking For
- A few years of procurement experience in a corporate environment (OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and processes.
- Languages: English for daily work, fluent German required.
- Comfortable with lean setups and mid-sized budgets.
