Production Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cGMP guidelines, at least 2 years of experience in an aseptic processing environment, and a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, quality, and compliance of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines and company policies.
• Oversee aseptic processing operations, including formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging.
• Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve any non-conformances and ensure timely product release.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and training programs for all production personnel.
• Manage staffing levels and budget allocations to optimize production efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aseptic processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
