Production Supervisor Opportunity (Day & Night Shifts)
Our client, one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery, is seeking two dynamic Production Value Stream Supervisors to lead operations on the day and night shifts at their state-of-the-art facility in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize equipment reliability.
- Champion Continuous Improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, etc.) in a food-grade environment.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Demonstrated success in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies and compliance in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership background in building and developing high-performing teams.
