Roofing Sales Professional

A rapidly growing roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing solutions is seeking Roofing Sales Professionals who will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, generating project opportunities, and driving revenue growth within their assigned markets. The ideal candidates will have experience in roofing, restoration, construction, exterior remodeling, or related industries, with a strong track record of sales success, customer engagement, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, general contractors, commercial property owners, and insurance professionals.
  • Conduct property inspections and identify roofing, restoration, or exterior project opportunities.
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, contracts, and project recommendations.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM systems.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the company's services.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience within roofing, restoration, construction, exterior building products, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base (based on experience) + bonus
