Overview:
Join a fast-growing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company specializing in E-commerce and Fulfillment services. We manage end-to-end solutions for leading brands, including Amazon and Walmart, covering warehousing, pick & pack, and shipping for both B2B and D2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business in E-commerce fulfillment and commercial warehousing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, importers, and online retailers.
- Manage full-service logistics solutions: drayage, warehousing, and final-mile shipping.
- Bring existing client portfolio and onboard new accounts (expected ~40% client migration).
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Substantiated "book of business" in the 3PL industry, specifically ecommerce.
- Proven experience in E-commerce fulfillment and 3PL services.
- Strong understanding of warehousing and pick & pack operations.
- Deep understanding of the market in California (Los Angeles Metropolitan county, etc.).
- Ability to generate revenue through client acquisition and retention.
