Senior Human Resources Manager
- Develops and implements HR strategies in collaboration with executive leadership, including policies, procedures, and departmental goals.
- Oversees all HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensures legal compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and working with legal experts to manage risk.
- Supports managers and employees with coaching, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Leads workforce planning and development, including succession planning, training programs, and executive coaching.
- Maintains accurate records and reporting, including KPIs, organizational charts, and compliance documentation.
- Manages HR team members and drives continuous improvement in HR services and departmental efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- HR Expertise & Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in multi-site management, plant startups, and a deep understanding of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, diversity, and employment law.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to influence and support diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical & Organizational Strengths: Proficient in ADP, Microsoft Office, and database tools; highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
