Key Responsibilities

Consumer Insight & Market Analysis

  • Develop deep expertise in your category and adjacent markets, understanding global trends and emerging consumer needs.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and uncover emotional and functional drivers behind consumer behavior.
  • Partner with research and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable innovation strategies.

Product Innovation & Brand Storytelling

  • Build an insight-driven innovation roadmap that delivers products designed to surprise, delight, and grow the brand.
  • Craft compelling product narratives that connect emotionally with consumers and elevate the brand experience.
  • Collaborate with design, culinary, and engineering teams to create differentiated, high-performing concepts.

Product Development & Launch

  • Lead end-to-end product development-defining positioning, features, pricing, and packaging aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with teams in design, engineering, sourcing, and marketing.
  • Support product testing, validation, and sustainability initiatives to ensure quality and long-term trust.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and sales to bring product stories to life across all channels-packaging, content, retail, and digital.
  • Ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects usability, emotional benefit, and value.
  • Oversee launch readiness, including sell-in materials, training, and activation plans.

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor global performance and consumer feedback to optimize, refresh, or retire products strategically.
  • Maintain trackers, roadmaps, and documentation for visibility and efficiency across teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement to achieve 5-star consumer satisfaction.
