Position Overview
The Sourcing Specialist will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and sourcing strategy initiatives. This role is responsible for executing sourcing events, leading negotiations, and partnering cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce spend, and strengthen supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings through negotiation and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Lead RFQs/RFPs to support cost reduction and product development efforts
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance, delivery, and quality standards are met
  • Conduct regular supplier and stakeholder business reviews
  • Implement best practices to improve supplier performance and supply chain reliability
  • Use data and analytics to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities

Operations & Finance Support

  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and materials teams to resolve supply challenges and ensure continuity
  • Partner with finance to ensure compliance with purchasing and payment processes


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system experience
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
