A leading hydropower technology manufacturer is seeking a Key User & Audit Manager to join its team in York, Pennsylvania. This highly visible regional Quality & HSE leadership role is responsible for overseeing audit programs, quality management compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality reporting systems across multiple locations.
This opportunity is ideal for a quality professional who combines strong auditing expertise with data-driven decision making and enjoys collaborating across manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the regional internal audit program utilizing risk-based planning methodologies.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Prepare sites for certification, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure consistency in audit execution, reporting, documentation, and corrective action management.
- Monitor audit performance, compliance trends, and follow-up activities across regional facilities.
- Serve as the regional Key User for audit, CAPA, and quality management systems.
- Provide first-line support and guidance for quality reporting platforms and workflows.
- Develop quality performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Partner closely with Continuous Improvement, Quality Management System, and operational leadership teams to drive sustainable improvements.
- Support regional and global management review processes with accurate quality and audit data.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in quality management, auditing, quality systems, or quality governance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001
- Experience with quality management and audit platforms such as SAP QM, CAQ, or related systems.
- Proven ability to work across multiple sites and support regional operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally as required.
