Maintenance Supervisor needed for Leading Food and Beverage Manufacturer.

One of our leading food and beverage manufacturing clients is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics. This individual will help drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include:

  • 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2-3 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment; food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment, controls, and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety, OSHA regulations, and other manufacturing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor Include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team of approximately 10-17 technicians, mechanics, and multi-craft employees.
  • Drive equipment reliability through effective troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction initiatives.
  • Support electrical, mechanical, automation, and facility maintenance activities in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
  • Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance resources, improve plant performance, and execute maintenance and capital projects.
  • Promote a culture of safety, food quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring maintenance best practices are followed.
