Your Role
As our Purchasing Manager, you will lead the procurement strategy for raw materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, production, and R&D teams to support our growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage procurement budgets and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement within the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
