Regional Marketing Manager
This is a remote position but the candidate must be located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager leads marketing strategy and execution for assigned brands within a designated region. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams, brand leaders, and local marketing coordinators to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth. The RMM balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring strong performance, efficient budgets, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute regional, multi-channel marketing plans aligned with brand and growth objectives.
* Oversee daily marketing operations, managing demand generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
* Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and referral programs.
Data & Analytics
* Monitor KPIs (lead volume, ROI, conversion rates) and use data insights to guide strategy.
* Collaborate with digital, SEO, and lead generation teams to validate data and refine performance.
Budget Management
* Manage regional marketing budgets, forecast spending, and optimize allocation based on results and priorities.
Cross-Brand Synergies
* Identify efficiencies across brands and implement scalable best practices.
* Contribute to shared processes, vendor negotiations, and standardized playbooks.
Multi-Channel Campaigns
* Oversee digital channels (SEO, PPC, LSA, paid social, website) in partnership with central teams.
* Lead execution of traditional media, direct mail, events, sponsorships, and grassroots efforts.
* Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
Agency & Vendor Management
* Work with central marketing to manage agency partners and ensure impactful, measurable performance.
Local Events & Community Engagement
* Develop event strategies to drive brand awareness and integrate leads into the marketing funnel.
Customer Loyalty & Referrals
* Support programs that enhance customer experience, increase repeat business, and improve online reputation.
Lead Management & Conversion Optimization
* Partner with sales and digital teams to increase conversion rates and optimize the full marketing funnel.
Requirements
* 5+ years of multi-channel marketing experience, including digital strategy and lead generation
* Proven ability to manage regional marketing budgets and optimize campaigns using data
* Strong understanding of digital (paid & organic), traditional media, local marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies
* Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
* Data-driven, analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities
* Self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment
