A leading international consumer goods organisation is seeking a Global E2E Planner to join its growing European planning hub on a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping end-to-end planning performance across a complex global supply chain. As the single point of accountability for your product portfolio, you will be responsible for translating demand signals into supply, purchasing, and production decisions while ensuring optimal inventory levels, product availability, and customer service.
Working closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Commercial teams, you will contribute to a best-in-class planning organisation and help drive planning excellence across the business.
About the Role
As a Global E2E Planner, you'll be accountable for planning decisions from demand signals through to supply execution. You'll manage inventory levels and product availability across multiple channels, translating forecasts into supply, purchasing, and production decisions while balancing service, inventory, and financial objectives.

What You'll Do
- Act as the single point of accountability for assigned SKUs across international markets.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, commercial inputs, market intelligence, and promotional activity.
- Translate demand signals into buying, production, and replenishment decisions.
- Own planning activities that convert plans into executable production schedules.
- Plan purchase quantities and supply requirements while considering capacity and availability constraints.
- Proactively manage inventory levels and product availability across warehouses, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Plan within inventory and financial targets, maximising availability whilst balancing working capital objectives.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service KPIs, driving corrective actions where necessary.
- Support and actively participate in S&OP / IBP processes, providing analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to manage risks and opportunities.
- Execute planning activities within ERP and planning systems while maintaining high levels of data quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, systems, and reporting.
Your Experience
- Experience within End-to-End Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Retail, or another fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make informed supply chain decisions.
- Experience using planning and ERP systems such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP ECC, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional planning.
- Proven ability to balance service, inventory, and financial considerations when making planning decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment undergoing growth and change.
- Experience with data analytics, SQL, Python, or advanced planning tools would be advantageous.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are beneficial.
